1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on ph959, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on ph959. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified to ph959's satisfaction may be suspended or closed.
3.4 Username and Display Name
Your chosen username must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe upon the rights of any third party. ph959 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph959 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
ph959 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph959 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ph959 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ph959's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ph959 cashier interface and are subject to change. ph959 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits on individual accounts based on account verification status, transaction history, or risk assessment.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the ph959 cashier section. 6.4 Own Funds Requirement

6.5 Currency
All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on ph959 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph959 does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
ph959 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed in the cashier interface prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
ph959 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

8 Gaming Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph959 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Creating or operating multiple accounts on the ph959 Platform;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to ph959 immediately;

12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph959 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph959 Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
- Loss of data or account information;
- Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
- Decisions made by ph959 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or termination.
ph959's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph959 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph959's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13 Termination
ph959 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you;
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
- Extended account inactivity (as defined in ph959's dormant account policy).
Upon termination of your account for cause, ph959 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your ph959 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph959 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting ph959's support team with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties hereby irrevocably submit.

15 Amendments to These Terms
ph959 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the ph959 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
